Vodafone Amazing Race

Vodafone wanted to showcase their innovative side and create buzz around their sponsorship of Australia’s first series of ‘The Amazing Race’ by creating an iPhone app. The brief was to come up with an interactive section within the app that gave passive and diehard fans an immersive Amazing Race experience.

Our idea was to create a game that let fans run their own amazing race. Using their smart phone people collected and dropped virtual markers to earn points and redeem them for some great prizes. We achieved over 40,000 downloads and over 5,000 people ran their own Amazing Race over the five week period.
